British Blind Sport (BBS) is a charity that helps blind and partially sighted people get active and play sport. We encourage children and adults to participate in activities at all levels - from grassroots to the Paralympic Games. We are proud to be celebrating our 40th Anniversary in 2015 and, in those 40 years, we have enabled over 10,000 visually impaired (VI) people to take part in sporting activities.
For us to fund all of these activities and continue our work, the charity needs to raise thousands of pounds throughout the year. As Fundraising Volunteer you would be working closely with the Fundraising Manager to assist and develop new revenue streams, increase the awareness of British Blind Sport and help raise more funds in order to help us sustain and grow the level of service we offer visually impaired people throughout the UK.
Please send your CV and a cover letter stating why you are suitable for the role (maximum 500 words) to email@example.com
