BBS is staffed by a small amount of paid staff and assisted throughout the UK by a large number of volunteers within the Sports Structure who liaise with BBS's National Developoment Manager.

Currently the staff and volunteer structures are as follows:

Staff Structure

BBS is headed by a full time Chief Executive. Reporting to him are a full-time Head of Fundraising, a full-time National Development Manager, a full-time Administration Manager and a part time Honorary Treasurer. Reporting to Head of Fundraising are a part-time Fundraising Assistant and a part-time Fundraiser.

Sports Structure

The National Development Manager has 3 divisions reporting to her: The National Council, Grassroots Development, and the Sport Sections Committees. The Sport Sections are as follows: Archery, Athletics, Bowls, Cricket, Football, Goalball, Shooting, Swimming and Tenpin.
