BBS does not receive any regular funding and depends on donations from individuals, companies, charitable trusts and foundations. We need to raise over £300,000 each year to run the charity so that we can continue to provide sports and leisure opportunities for blind and partially sighted people.
Your contribution, however big or small, really makes a huge difference to the lives of so many visually impaired children and adults.

Many people choose to support BBS when they undertake personal challenges and by doing so raise funds to help visually impaired people enjoy sports too.

The next Flora London Marathon takes place on Sunday, 13th April 2008. Information about applying for a ballot place can be found at www.london-marathon.co.uk; please do let us know as soon as you have a place. We have some charity Golden Bond places for this event. Accepting one of these requires you to raise a minimum level of sponsorship. More details are available by giving Fundraising a call.
